Cancellation Policy
At Lustre’ Spa, your time and experience are our top priorities. Each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, and we kindly ask for your consideration of the following policies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your appointment to another guest.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 20% charge of the scheduled service.
• No-shows will be charged 50% of the service and may be required to prepay for future appointments.
We understand that life happens please communicate with us as early as possible should an emergency arise.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your service to avoid delays for the next client.
Arrivals beyond 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show if no communication has been made and subject to the associated fee.
